The Deuter Aircontact Pro 75 + 10 SL is a women's-fit trekking backpack designed for multi-day trips with substantial gear and heavier loads.
The Aircontact back system combines a stabilizing Y-shaped aluminium frame with a lumbar pad made from breathable Air Spacer mesh to transfer weight to the hip area. Pivoting VariFlex hip fins follow the body's movement while walking, while ActiveFit shoulder straps contribute to a close, adaptable fit.
A zip-out divider allows the storage space to be organized into separate sections. Inner and outer lid compartments, a dedicated compartment for wet gear and several zipped and side pockets provide storage for different pieces of equipment. The removable lid doubles as a small day pack for stages where only a limited amount of gear is required. Deuter recommends a load of 15 to 30 kg.

The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
