The Deuter Aircontact Pro 65+10 SL is a high-volume women's trekking backpack for multi-day trips with extensive gear and heavy loads. Its women-specific SL fit and Aircontact back system help you carry substantial trekking gear comfortably and with controlled load distribution.
The VariSlide system allows the back length to be adjusted individually. Pivoting ActiveFit shoulder straps and flexible VariFlex hip fins move with your body, while the sturdy Y-shaped aluminum frame and lumbar pad support efficient load transfer to the hips. Air Spacer mesh enhances ventilation across the back.
Your gear also remains easy to access on the move: in addition to the traditional top opening, a large U-shaped front zipper provides direct access to the main compartment. A separate bottom compartment plus multiple external and hip-fin pockets help keep equipment organized. When you only need a small amount of gear for a shorter outing, the lid can be removed and converted into a compact day pack.

The women-specific nature of the SL back length is already apparent in the back length: on average, women's backs are not quite as long as those of men. The carrying system of the SL models is therefore slightly shorter than that of Deuter's standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy.
