The redesigned Distance 15L blurs the lines between running and climbing and was designed by Black Diamond for long days in the mountains, helping you overcome obstacles.

The Distance 15's hybrid design combines the support system of a running vest with the technology of a lightweight mountaineering pack for added capacity. The pack is constructed with BD SETT (Stitchless Edge Taping Technology) to enhance fit, comfort, and durability. The Distance 15 features a barely-there edge binding and a soft, breathable Diamond Mesh construction for comfortable wear against the skin. Soft flask holders enhance security, while additional front pockets provide secure storage. The Distance 15 is equipped with Black Diamond's Z-Pole suspension system for quick deployment and two ice axe attachment points. Designed for long days in demanding alpine environments, whether running, climbing, or hiking.

The Distance 15L backpack features a high-performance, vest-like carrying system and is also an ultralight backpack that can hold just enough equipment for a mountain tour.
