The latest version of the BCA Tracker S Avalanche Beacon has the performance, ease of use and instantaneous real-time display of the Tracker3.

But the BCA Tracker S is lacking motion-sensing or upgradeable software, which are advanced features needed by snow professionals while in an avalanche area. These advanced features are available with Tracker 3+ and 4.
