The Alpha hardshell jacket from Arcteryx offers waterproof and windproof protection in the mountains thanks to Gore-Tex. This lightweight, versatile and robust jacket is a must-have for your next trip to the mountains.

Extreme weather, changing conditions, varied terrain, alternating periods of activity and rest - this is reality in the mountains. The Alpha is an extremely versatile hardshell that was developed for exactly this purpose.

In particularly stressed areas, Arcteryx uses GORE-TEX Pro 2.0 for maximum robustness and combines it with highly abrasion-resistant GORE-TEX with Hadron™ outer material to save weight and increase breathability. The helmet-compatible StormHood™ provides reliable protection without restricting visibility. Underarm zips provide ventilation, and integrated RECCO® reflectors make search and rescue services' work easier in emergency situations.

The two chest pockets and one inside pocket are each equipped with a zip and offer enough space for small items. Glove-friendly Velcro fasteners on the cuffs ensure a secure fit.
