The Lyngen Thermo100 Active Zip Hood by Norrøna is designed for ski tourers who want the benefits of insulation without compromising breathability during high-output activities. The lightweight construction combines warmth and climate control, making it particularly well suited to long ascents, changing conditions and demanding days in the winter mountains.

At the heart of the design is the Thermo100 insulation, developed specifically for active use. Norrøna combines two different insulation weights to tailor warmth and comfort to the demands of ski touring. The body and sleeves use a higher insulation level, while lighter panels are placed at the sides and in the hood. This approach helps retain warmth where it is needed while allowing excess heat to escape more efficiently during strenuous efforts.

The lightweight ripstop outer fabric balances wind resistance, durability and breathability. Articulated sleeves, an extended back panel and the technical fit support unrestricted movement both on the ascent and during descents. A beanie-compatible hood, chest pocket and hand pockets complete the functional design and make the jacket a versatile choice for demanding ski tours.
