Road bike tyres – 30–50 ml
MTB 27.5 inches – 80–100 ml
MTB 29 inches – 100–140 ml
Gravel bike – 50–80 ml
 

Instructions
Remove the valve core by unscrewing it. Open the top screw cap and insert the opening into the valve. Position the valve at the bottom. Carefully pour in the desired amount. Position the wheel at 9 o'clock and loosen the bottle. Reinsert the valve core. Turn the wheel to distribute the milk evenly. Inflate the tyre. If necessary, roll the wheel back and forth to check for a proper seal between the rim and the tyre.
