The Tecnica Zero G Tour Pro ski touring boot has always been a highly athletic downhill skier. Now it comes in a new design, with a 3D frame construction, power frame, new buckles for better handling and a fit-optimised inner boot.

For the new ski touring season, the boot with 130 flex has 1.5 degrees more forward lean - for even more downhill performance. The heel area has also been anatomically improved. The new shaft construction offers 10 per cent better walking comfort. And thanks to the higher entry point, it is easier to get into the ski boot. The T-Hike walking mechanism has also been revised and is now more stable and easier to operate.

The double-blocking mechanism is self-adjusting thanks to a spring. The carbon shaft gives the boot two important characteristics: lightness and stability. The Zero G Tour Pro therefore shows its full performance when climbing high peaks and descending deep powder slopes.

The Tecnica product designers were able to significantly reduce the weight again with a few improvements to the details: the shaft is lighter, the material is thinner overall and the sole is slightly narrower. The new buckles and the new inner boot also contribute to the sporty diet.

The result: the new Zero G Tour Pro from Tecnica weighs around 100 grams less than its predecessor. In order to save resources, the model was developed according to the Eco Design, which means that PVC-free and recycled materials are used. With a last width of 99 millimetres, the boot is the ideal choice for people with average width feet.

Technology

C.A.S. SHELL: The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

POWER LOCK STRAP: The Power Lock strap provides perfect control and more precise power transmission. The hook eliminates the need to open the strap completely, saving you time.

FREE MOVE: The new hinge point allows frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy.

DYN CERTIFIED INSERTS: The inserts of the Zero G make entry into all low-tech bindings easier. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walkability, and Quick-Step-in technology makes it easier to enter pin bindings.

ANATOMICAL SHAPE: The new shape of the shell is more anatomic with improvements especially in the 6th toe, malleolus, arch and instep area.

WATER PROTECTION: Thanks to its double ridge construction the water stop system allow for optimal protection in all condition.

ECO DESIGN: The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.

MATERIAL TRACIABILITY PROGRAM: QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
