The Tecnica Zero G Peak is an ultralight touring ski boot for steep couloirs and long ascents. The T-Hike System, Free Move construction and C.A.S. customization provide efficient freedom of movement, secure support and strong downhill performance.
The Zero G Peak is a lightweight touring ski boot designed for varied ascents and descents in steep couloirs. To keep the weight below the one-kilogram mark without compromising downhill performance, the Zero G Peak is equipped with the newly developed T-Hike System.
It offers a strong, progressive flex and excellent power transmission. The Free Move construction enables smooth and unrestricted movement and thus saves energy during long ascents.
The Wrapping Shell construction in combination with the two-buckle and cable closure system provides the foot with perfect support during the descent. For an optimal fit, the boot can be individually customized thanks to the C.A.S. Liner and C.A.S. Shell.

C.A.S Ultra light Liner
Tecnica's thermoformable Zero G C.A.S. liners are lightweight and anatomically shaped for high wearing comfort and a stable heel hold. The special material in the heel area is positioned so that it reliably keeps the heel in place. The newly developed flex structure on the back of the liner guarantees even more comfortable walking. In addition, the Recco reflector technology provides additional safety. The waterproof and breathable membrane in the liner contributes to wearing comfort by keeping the feet warm and dry throughout the entire ski touring day.
T-Hike
T-Hike is an even lighter version of the proven Zero G Tour Double Blocking mechanism. It impresses with a strong, progressive flex and excellent lateral power transmission. The shell is connected to the cuff at two separate points and guarantees unrestricted, comfortable walking in walk mode. In addition, the integrated spoiler gives the boot its outstanding stability.
C.A.S. Shell
C.A.S. shells are anatomically shaped and correspond to the shape of the foot. Therefore, the fit is already very good when purchased. The structure on the shell reduces surface tension and promotes the heating process to simplify the individual customization of the shell. The shell retains the new shape for longer.
Free Move
The new, mounted Free Move joints enable smooth walking, requiring less energy.
Power Lock Strap
The Power Lock Strap ensures optimal control and even more precise power transmission to the ski. Thanks to the hook, the Velcro strap does not have to be completely released, which saves time.
Waterproof Gaiter
The waterproof gaiter keeps the feet warm and dry and provides comfortable comfort throughout the entire touring and skiing day. The elastic opening allows for easy entry and exit.
Carbon Reinforced Sole
The carbon reinforcement of the sole area increases torsional stiffness by 10% compared to conventionally manufactured models (according to tests by the Department of Engineering of the University of Padua).
Dyn Certified Inserts
The inserts of the Zero G facilitate entry into all Low-Tech bindings. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walking performance. The Quick-Step-in technology facilitates entry into pin bindings.
Power Frame
Thanks to the Grilamid shell, the Zero G is stable, strong and yet smooth when skiing. The Power Frame construction increases the stiffness and torsional resistance of the boot and allows us to reduce the thickness of the shell material without loss of performance.
Co-Injected Cuff
The Co-Injected Cuff combines Grilamid and carbon powder in a co-injection process, creating a lightweight, stiff and particularly responsive construction. This technology improves power transmission and provides progressive support for greater precision and control in every turn.
