The Sulfur LT WS is a fast approach shoe that combines precision on the ground with all-day hiking comfort. It is based on the same design platform as the award-winning Sulfur and features Tecnica’s exclusive AST™ technology for a precise fit. Equipped with premium technologies from Ortholite™ and Vibram.

AST (Adaptive Shape Technology) precisely adapts the Sulfur to any foot shape. The Sulfur was developed around an anatomical last designed for approach shoes and features a Vibram® Megagrip outsole with a climbing zone and arch grip, a high-density EVA upper and lacing extending all the way to the toe area for greater precision on technical terrain, including rocks and scree.

The midsole consists of two different densities. The softer EVA component at the heel provides cushioning and ground adaptation to ensure optimum walking comfort. The midsole and outsole feature a forward-oriented sole profile to enable a smoother transition from heel to toe, thereby allowing for longer hikes with greater comfort.

The durable rubber toe cap and a practical heel loop, combined with the understated colours and stylish design, make the Tecnica Sulfur LT MS the perfect companion for everyday city life too.

Features:
CLIMBING ZONE: At the toe, the outsole features a flat climbing zone. This special climbing feature ensures greater precision as well as toe and edge grip on slabs, rock ledges and edges, making it the perfect choice for steeper rock faces.

ARCH GRIP: The rubber Arch Grip is located in the centre of the outsole, under the arch of the foot. It gives the shoe additional technical performance. The special shape of its ‘teeth’ ensures better grip on slippery edges and raised ledges, as well as on via ferrata rungs and ladders.

VIBRAM MEGAGRIP OUTSOLE: The Vibram Megagrip sole is made from a compound that offers unrivalled grip on both dry and wet surfaces. This compound is also best-in-class in terms of durability and terrain adaptation.

BACKLOOP: The small loop makes it easier to put on and take off the shoes and also allows them to be attached to a rucksack or climbing harness.

ORTHOLITE FOOTBED:  The anatomically shaped Ortholite footbed is highly breathable and offers outstanding comfort and long-lasting performance.

EXTENDED TOE LACING: The lacing system, which extends right up to the toe area, enables a precise and performance-oriented fit. The climbing-inspired construction improves control and sure-footedness on steep rock.
