Swix Marathon Black is a hard and durable glide wax developed for long distances and demanding snow conditions. Its black additive reduces friction caused by dirt and particles in the snow and is particularly suitable for dirty and warm conditions while also performing well in the cold.

The wax can be used as a racing wax on its own or as a base for a topping. For additional durability, you can reheat it after ten minutes of cooling. Swix recommends a waxing iron temperature of 155°C for application.
