The Mountain Equipment Makalu hardshell jacket is a highly protective Gore-Tex jacket for hiking and mountaineering with a lower environmental footprint.

The waterproof jacket is made with bluesign-certified Gore-Tex 75D fabric, ePE membrane and an FC-free DWR finish that provides reliable performance with a lower environmental impact. A fully adjustable Mountain HC hood ensures a warm head, warm ears and a clear view at all times.

Two large pockets provide space for small essentials, while the Napoleon chest pocket gives you quick and easy access to your cell phone, keys and more. A 2-way front zipper and 2-way underarm zippers ensure easy and optimal ventilation.
