The Mammut Magic Sling 12.0 is manufactured in a special manufacturing process – a core of round-wound Dyneema yarn is edged with an abrasion-resistant sheath.

The result is an ultra-rugged round sling that does not require a load-bearing connecting seam. Due to the special construction, the Magic Sling 6.0 from Mammut has a significantly higher knot strength compared to conventional web slings.

Due to the core-sheath construction, the sling is also significantly less susceptible to damaging UV radiation and abrasion by rough rock does not affect the tensile strength of the sling.

The Magic Sling 6.0 from Mammut therefore offers the absolute maximum in safety when belaying or as an hourglass sling.
