Incredibly fast to set up and easy to use: In the most demanding situations, Mammut's 280 Speed Lock probe scores with speed. In the development of the probes, attention is paid to every detail so that they fulfill their purpose: to find the target.

The sturdy, lightweight probe made of robust aluminum has a glove-compatible, tension-resistant quick-release telescopic system. This allows it to be locked in place particularly quickly and reliably. An audible click signals when the probe is properly tensioned and ready for use. The ergonomic handle can be clipped onto the mounted probe and thus stowed away during use.

The optimized 360° visual depth guidance system ensures you always have the right information at hand. The shaped tip efficiently penetrates compacted avalanche snow – saving power when probing.
