The fluoro-free ski base of the Madshus Redline 3.0 F3 has been extensively tested by the R&D team over the past two seasons, the new base provides extradinary glide properties in wet, coarse-grained snow conditions.

A secret blend of additives helps to achieve gliding performances unmatched by even the old fluorocarbon base materials to give you a leg up when the cinditions are right.

Dynamic Response: Dynamic response is the marketing term we’ve chosen to describe the feeling of energy return that you get from your skis - a feeling which is particularly prevalent in the new Redline 3.0 skis. Fundamentally this term, and therefore the Dynamic Response score, try to quantify how lively a given ski will feel. This score is a result of the materials, camber, and geometry chosen for each model, and skis which score higher in this category will be more energetic and will be particularly rewarding for skiers with a more active and powerful technique.         

SPEED TIP COLD - The Madshus Speed Tip helps create the perfect splay needed to elongate the ski’s pressure zone, maximizing glide for hard snow conditions when more snow contact is required. --- 

JAVELIN TIP - Fore-body of the ski are designed to have a distinct javelin shape from the wide-point and forward. Thickness and material dimension at the tip and tail is increased to ensure great flotation and high ride of the ski.    
Fluor-Free Skibases

TRIAXIAL CONSTRUCTION - The process of interlocking strands of fiberglass and carbon fiber around the entire ski core. This unique method produces excellent torsional rigidity and strength while remaining  lightweight with a lively feel.    

3D CONSTRUCTION The unique process of shaping a ski’s surface geometry to remove weight and channel stiffness, for a precise tuning of a ski’s torsional rigidity and flex.    

PR100X CORE - A high-performance Rohacell foam core developed for extreme strength-to-weight providing excellent dampening. Reinforced with Triaxial Braiding and 3D-shape, to maximize the ski’s stiffness without sacrificing weight.
