The Madshus Redline 3.0 Classic Warm Medium NIS is an uncompromising classic racing ski for experienced and performance-oriented cross-country skiers. The Warm version has been specially developed for warmer, damper and softer snow conditions and really comes into its own when used with softer climbing waxes and klister.

A key feature is the higher wax chamber with comparatively short pressure zones. This leaves sufficient space for thicker layers of wax or klister, whilst reducing contact between the climbing wax and the snow during the glide phase. The ski opens up more at the tip and tail, thereby offering excellent gliding properties, particularly on soft and wet snow.

The lightweight PR 100X core, made from Rohacell foam, is encased in a Triaxial Carbon Plus construction comprising carbon and glass fibres. This construction ensures high torsional stiffness, precise power transfer and a dynamic skiing experience, all whilst maintaining a very low weight.

With Tuned Dynamic Response, the pre-tension responds specifically to the force applied during the push-off. The wax chamber remains as open as possible during the double-pole push and closes in a controlled manner during the classic diagonal stride. As a result, the Redline 3.0 Classic Warm combines excellent gliding properties with reliable grip.

The high-quality P300 Nano base is designed for fast gliding performance under a variety of racing conditions. The pre-fitted MOVE™ 3.0 / NIS binding plate allows the use of compatible Rottefella bindings; the binding itself is not included.

Recommended ski length:

In cross-country skiing, body weight is the decisive factor for the recommended ski length! If two ski lengths are suitable, beginners should tend to choose the shorter one, whilst advanced skiers should tend to choose the longer one.
