Madshus Race Speed Skin Stiff – a performance-oriented classic skin ski including a Rottefella MOVE Switch NIS binding unmounted.

The Race Speed Skin was developed for demanding training and racing. The Stiff version has a firmer camber and is suitable for powerful skiers or higher weight ranges. The ski tension must be selected according to the skier’s body weight to ensure proper performance.

The integrated climbing skin consists of 70% mohair and 30% nylon. It provides reliable grip without the need for grip wax or klister. Its carefully selected length and thickness profile supports a secure kick while reducing resistance during the glide phase.

The PR90 core is surrounded by a triaxial construction made from glass and carbon fibres. This construction supports direct power transfer, high torsional stiffness and precise ski control. The P200 Nano Universal base is designed for performance-oriented gliding in varying track conditions.

A Rottefella MOVE Switch NIS binding is included. Once mounted, its position can be adjusted without taking off the skis. Moving the binding forwards increases grip, while moving it backwards improves glide. The binding is supplied unmounted and requires professional installation.
