A newly designed inner frame offers the wearer even greater safety. Seamless technology connects the lower and upper parts of the shell to give the helmet a refined and elegant look and improved aerodynamics. The OCTOFIT+ adjustment system optimizes the comfort and stability of the helmet, while a vertical stabilizer in the neck area provides ergonomic support and guarantees better balance and a customized fit. The large adjustment wheel has a special rubber coating for better grip, and the reflective insert at the rear offers additional safety. The inner padding is made of CoolMax® material, which is not only comfortable but also quick-drying, removable, and washable. Like all KASK helmets, the Protone Icon has been developed in accordance with the KASK ROTATIONAL IMPACT WG11 TEST standard, an objective, scientific approach to measuring helmet performance in various types of rotational impact.
