The "silent" wind jacket is made from a low-noise, super-lightweight fabric. It can be stowed in its own chest pocket so that you always have it with you and weighs just 105 g.

The hood of the Skyflow jacket from Hoka can be adjusted using an elastic drawstring with silicone ends.
