The Head REV is a modern all-mountain and freeride helmet. It sets new standards in terms of comfort and fit. The patented Sphere Fit system with BOA technology guarantees an optimal fit, while the adjustable ventilation ensures the perfect climate inside the helmet.

The entire lower edge of the helmet is covered with polycarbonate to prevent scratches and dents in the foam. The opening of the ventilation channels on the top of the helmet can be continuously adjusted using a slider. With the help of the BOA® Fit System, the helmet can be perfectly adjusted to the head so that it fits snugly and comfortably without pressing.

In-Mold Technology

With this technology, the shock-absorbing EPS inner layer is injected into the hard polycarbonate outer shell, forming a single unit that offers perfect protection at low weight.

Microfur

The Microfur fabrics provide warmth and guarantee optimal comfort. As a helmet lining, they ensure a perfect fit all day long.

Beanie Liner

The soft microfleece fabric of the beanie lining adapts perfectly to the head and, together with the ventilation system, ensures a comfortable head climate.

Sphere Fit

The patented Sphere Fit system fits around the head like a Beanie. It can be adjusted three-dimensionally to the shape of the head, ensuring a comfortable, secure fit without pressure points.

Neckgator

The ergonomic neck warmer fits perfectly around the wearer's neck, guaranteeing not only maximum comfort and reliable warmth, but also an optimal fit and protection from all weather conditions.

Removable Earpads

The ear pads can be removed and washed.

Fidlock Closure

This helmet closure closes automatically, can be operated with one hand, and is opened by sliding it sideways.

EN 1077:2007 Class B

EN 1077 is the European standard for ski and snowboard helmets, which takes into account the results of collision tests to determine the shock absorption properties and puncture resistance of the outer shell. Class B of this certificate certifies helmets with soft ear protectors.
