Wide range of uses and innovative design: Grüezi Bag ‘DownWool Mat Trekking Light’ is the first sleeping mat in the world with DownWool insulation. Two-layer construction
The 9 cm high sleeping pad consists of two separate mat layers welded together, each with its own valve. Each layer can be inflated separately and still offers good lying comfort even if one of the chambers is defective.
Another comfort effect: Each layer can be inflated separately, so the body can sink in more easily when there is less air in the upper compartment. This means the body does not slip off the mat as easily.

Stable position thanks to V-Chamber structure
The new V-Chamber structure and the raised chambers on the sides provide additional stability. This makes lying and sleeping very comfortable.

The R-value of 5.1 of the Grüezi Bag ‘DownWool Mat Trekking Light is achieved through the two-layer construction (prevents cold bridges) and the insulation. In addition to two heat-reflecting films, an antibacterial, natural DownWool® fleece filling (firmly fixed to prevent cold bridges) also provides insulation.

Technology

DOWNWOOL®
The special thing about this insulation mat is its innovative insulation: On a DownWool® mat, you immediately feel the large temperature comfort range in which you are neither too cold nor too warm. In addition, the insulation is naturally less sensitive to high levels of humidity.

This is achieved through the mechanical bond of 70% RDS-certified down and 30% wool from the Alps. This combination is patent pending and acts like a light and natural air conditioning system.

Down: excellent insulation performanceHigh-quality down insulates exceptionally well
while being lightweight. However, down clumps together in high humidity (air, sweat, condensation) and loses its insulating properties. Grüezi bag solves this problem with the innovative DownWool® insulation.

The result: excellent insulation and a wide temperature range in which you feel comfortable and can sleep well. DownWool® is also less sensitive to moisture. This makes DownWool® mats from Grüezi bag® popular all-rounders.
