The Ghost is a very lightweight ice axe from Grivel. To save weight, the shaft end has been cut off. It is mainly designed for ski touring and easy mountain tours and, thanks to its ergonomic blade and G-Bone shaft, can be held comfortably and stably both by the head and the shaft.

The advantage of the G-Bone shaft is not only its improved handling thanks to an excellent ergonomic grip along the entire shaft: despite the enormous weight reduction, the shaft is extremely stable.
