The lightweight Faction Agent 4 Big Mountain ski features a more pronounced rocker at both the tip and tail than its little brother, the Agent 3, making it perfect for carving out wonderful, sweeping turns on endless powder slopes.

The Elliptical Sidecut allows the Agent 4 to be mounted further forward for a freestyle-minded ride. Camber and a carbon weave allow it to preform phenomenally on piste, too.

In addition to its top-notch, durable Austrian quality construction, the Faction Agent 4 Ski stands out for its 100 percent sustainable manufacturing. The skis are made in a factory that runs on 100 percent renewable electricity and is heated with biomass.

The Faction Agent 4 also features a sustainable wood core that is sourced from Europe and is FSC certified, and it is made from recycled components. Faction sources materials from European companies close to its factories to keep the supply chain short. In addition, Faction donates 1 % of all proceeds from the Agents, La Machine and Dancer series to the non-profit organization 1 % for the planet.

Technology

Carbon Stringer
Between 8 and 12 unidirectional carbon strips enclose both sides of the wood core, giving the ski additional stability without increasing its weight. Each carbon strip is woven into the fibreglass for added stability and stiffness throughout the ski.

Lightweight Karuba core
Karuba is an extremely light wood core with good strength properties. The little known Karuba offers good flex and excellent vibration dampening without adding weight. This makes it a a perfect wood core for a touring ski that delivers full performance both downhill and uphill.

XL 2.5 mm edges
0.7 mm may not seem like much, but when it comes to edges, they make all the difference. At 2.5 mm, our already super-durable 1.8mm standard edges are a further 35 % wider. This extra steel gives riders a pair of skis that can withstand higher loads and are more durable.
