The Quantum Free Pro touring ski boot with a strong 130 flex combines the best of touring and freeride as a hybrid and impresses off-piste with maximum control on the descent and a smooth ascent thanks to its excellent fit.

At the heart of Free Pro is the redesigned durable IF Touring PRO liner, which features three-part Dalbello PuRE (Polyurethane Recycled Enforcement) technology for more efficient power transmission to the shell, firm heel grip and impressive comfort.

A full-length lacing system and memory foam tongue complement each foot shape for individual adaptability and a perfect fit. The innovative two-part bonded shell construction ensures low overall weight and high rigidity. In combination with the eXtra Dual Link cuff, a more direct transmission of control impulses for the downhill descent and sufficient freedom of movement on the ascent is provided.

The New Elastic Gaiter also facilitates handling and entry and exit together with the Quick-Hook-Release function on the strap. The Quantum Free Pro features a Vibram dual-density sole that makes contact with the ground and binding, combining improved grip with no power transmission loss during descents thanks to two types of rubber of differing hardness.

With a new lining made from recycled material and the PU-free outer layer of the liner, the boot also scores highly for sustainability.

Traction lug:
Vibram Traction Lug is a three-dimensional tread block characterized by grooves and small rubber inserts arranged along the side strips. This, depending by the conditions, can increase the lateral surface area of the lug by 50 % and can improve traction properties by 25 % on different footing surfaces, compared with a traditional design.

FREEbuckles:
Quantum Free line has a lower cable buckle with 4 positions and a 7 mm micro adjustment system to feel the desired pressure around the foot. The upper one is a reverse closing buckle with a protection ring to avoid the disengagement from the rack while walking.

Vibram® Sole:
Featured on Quantum models, a profiled Vibram rocker sole with varying hardness offers good grip in the snow when walking and climbing plus smooth power transfer to the binding and ski.The GripWalk Vibram heel and toe set is designed to fit Lupo model boots.

X-Dual Link:
The two-piece dual link cuff allows more than a 65° range of movement, and can take the skier into touring mode instantaneously upon releasing the walk mode at the rear of the boot.

PuRE:
Polyurethane Recycled Enforcement. A robust outer layer of recycled PU on the liner provides a direct power transmission from the leg to the shell

Quick-Hook Release:
Thanks to buckle with hook, you can quickly release the strap without having to pull it all the way out of the ring

AUTOFIT TONGUE:
An innovative feature that improves both comfort and performance, Dalbello's Auto-Fit tongue features added EVA on each side to ensure the proper molding to the skier's shin.

Bonded Shell:
With Dalbello’s Bonded Shell construction, the shell is injected in two distinct lengthwise sections and then bonded with an infrared welding process. Each of the individual shell pieces can have much more contour than if injected as a single piece. Once bonded, the new Quantum series boots have a better fit than traditional ultralight shells can deliver.

Micro-adjustable buckles:
Permits skiers to precisely “fine tune” buckle closure tension for a more exact fit. With micro adjustment, you can twist the buckle to make it longer or shorter.

Adjustable rear liner spoiler:
Modular rear liner spoiler adapts to a variety of lower leg shapes. Adding the spoiler permits skiers to increase the forward lean while removing it generate more volume inside the cuff.
