A durable yet breathable fabric around the forefoot and lower leg quickly wicks away moisture to prevent chafing. The thicker cuff extends higher than on Compressport’s running models, providing extra protection, whilst a special structure around the ankle offers reassuring stability on rocky terrain. A wide toe box guarantees an ergonomic fit and improved proprioception, allowing your toes to grip and balance intuitively on uneven ground. The robust padding at the toes cushions impacts during fast, jerky downhill sections.

Enhanced 360° midfoot support promotes blood circulation and prevents the fabric from twisting and creasing, thereby preventing blisters and irritation as the kilometres go by. The signature dot technologies offer strategic protection from the elements in areas considered problematic for trail runners. Both ankles are covered with large, sun-shaped dots to prevent bruising caused by rapid foot movement. Two lateral rows of 3D.Dots cover the calf muscles and stimulate the sensory receptors to improve proprioception and ankle stability.

A wide pattern of 3D.Dots runs along the Achilles tendon for additional cushioning and support, surrounding a row of Flat.dots which ensure comfortable ventilation. A firmer fabric under the foot further reduces vibrations, whilst 3D.Dots cushion impact and provide the foot with a secure hold within the shoe.
