The Atomic Backland 95 is an all-round touring ski that feels at home all over the mountain. It offers an excellent mix of low weight and sufficient waist width – for climbing efficiency and top stability on all your lines.

Its new construction is based on the original Backland but uses more materials with lower CO2 emissions: more poplar wood, but less fiberglass and resin, as well as waste-reducing sidewalls. This allowed a 30% reduction in CO2-equivalent emissions (compared to the Backland 85 from 2021).

For strong climbing efficiency and downhill performance on harder snow, the All-Terrain Profile with its special ratio of wood to fiberglass is responsible. The thickness progression of the ski was changed, increasing its torsional stiffness. Thanks to HRZN 3D with a beveled, three-dimensional tip, the Atomic Backland 95 delivers optimal flotation in powder and remains easily controllable in changing snow conditions.
