Product details: Atomic Backland 102 25/26 Skitouring Skis
The Atomic Backland 102 is a reliable freeride ski touring ski that shows its strengths both on the ascent and on the descent into the valley. Equipped with the FreeTour Profile, it offers powerful downhill skiing and is particularly suitable for powder and packed snow.
Its Ultra Light Woodcore made of poplar and Karuba wood ensures low weight and high stability at the same time. The HRZN 3D shovel offers more contact surface and improved flotation in powder. The Powder Rocker with its pronounced lift of the tip and tail as well as the preload under the binding enables effortless steering and playful performance in a wide range of snow conditions. By using more wood and less fiberglass, metal and resin, CO2 emissions have been reduced by 26% compared to the Backland 100 from 2022
Developed in collaboration with Austrian backcountry legend Matthias Haunholder, the Backland 102 offers a perfect mix of flow and performance for demanding tourers.
