The Arcteryx Beta SL Hardshell Jacket offers a sophisticated design for mountain sports with waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection without compromising on features or packability.

The advanced Gore-Tex ePE membrane is lightweight, thin, durable, and PFC-free. The lining with C-Knit technology ensures high wearing comfort and breathability. The helmet-compatible StormHood protects without restricting visibility, while zippers under the arms provide air circulation and a Recco reflector facilitates the work of search and rescue services in emergency situations.

The Beta SL Hardshell Jacket from Arcteryx is also free of intentionally added PFAS.

Note: The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, but just as robust and durable as previously used materials. You may notice that the outer material becomes damp slightly faster, but you can be sure that this does not affect the water impermeability of the membrane itself. If you notice that the fabric gets wet faster than you would like, simply wash and dry the jacket to remove oil contamination and fully restore the DWR.
