ZipFit Gara HV Neoprene – a precisely adjustable liner for demanding skiers looking to optimise the fit, heel retention and power transfer of their alpine ski boots.

HV stands for High Volume. The Gara HV contains an increased amount of adaptable OMFit cork composite, allowing it to fill additional space inside the boot shell. It is particularly suitable for higher-volume performance shells or feet that are not held securely enough inside the existing shell.

The OMFit cork composite is contained in three adjustable pouches in each liner: one behind the tongue and one on either side of the instep. The material remains dynamic, can be redistributed within the pouches and supplemented when required. This allows heel retention, volume and the connection between the foot and boot shell to be individually adjusted. Professional fitting by an experienced boot fitter is recommended for the best result.

The three-millimetre neoprene lining provides close-fitting cushioning without restricting the function of the cork filling. Its smooth surface also makes the liner easier to put on and remove. The flexible neoprene toe box adapts to different forefoot widths while leaving sufficient room for the toes to move.

Thinsulate, merino wool and neoprene insulate the toe area. The asymmetrical tongue reflects the different shapes of the medial and lateral sides of the lower leg. A cut-out in the tongue shield reduces material pressure over the instep.

The Speed Cinch lacing system secures the heel and midfoot directly inside the liner. The removable power strap improves contact between the tongue and shin and provides an additional way to adjust support. The moderately stiff cuff combines precise control with the versatility required for changing terrain and snow conditions.
