The YY Vertical Warm Up Egg is a compact training ball designed for gently warming up and activating the fingers and hands. Its oval shape allows for different grip positions: depending on its orientation, the ball can be used for broader pressure with the palm or for more targeted finger exercises.

The resistance of the PU foam is designed for light muscle activation. This makes the Warm Up Egg suitable for warming up before climbing, finger mobility and dexterity exercises as well as light strengthening exercises. It was developed in collaboration with a physiotherapist and can also be used as part of rehabilitation following finger or hand injuries. In this case, it should be used according to medical or therapeutic advice.

Its compact size makes the Warm Up Egg easy to carry and suitable for use at home, in the climbing gym or at the crag.
