The Mantra M6 also features Multilayer Woodcore and Tip and Tail Rocker. For the first time, this type of ski body is customised with a 3D Radius Sidecut concept with Tailored Titanal Frame. By adapting the Titanal portion to the different lengths of the ski and thus to the skier's proportions, it is possible not only to optimise the weight of the tip and tail, but also to influence the torsional stiffness and thus improve the skiing characteristics. In this way, the Mantra M6 retains the stability of a Titanal ski, but is generally easier and more agile to control.

The performance of the Mantra M6 is further enhanced by the Tailored Carbon Tip. The special positioning of the carbon fibres ensures precise tip response and improves the ski's torsional stiffness.

The wider radius in tip and tail is ideal for long turns and high speed. Tailored Titanal Frame
The new key technology is the Tailored Titanal Frame. Unlike the previous design, the width of the Titanal frame is now precisely adjusted to each ski length. This creates tailored frames that lie over the sidewall in the shovel and tail area of the ski, providing desired damping and torsional stiffness. The size of the frames is based on the skier's height, skiing ability and strength. Longer models have more Titanal for stiffness, direct power transfer and damping. Shorter models have less Titanal to make the ski more maneuverable, allowing smaller and lighter skiers to take full advantage of the variability. The result is a unique combination of liveliness and speed stability thanks to the Tailored Titanal Frame technology.

Tailored Carbon Tips
Tailored Carbon Tips are custom carbon blades where the carbon fibers are stitched onto a backing material. This allows them to be precisely positioned along lines of force, opening up new possibilities in blade design. The fiber thickness and orientation allow for specific adjustment of stiffness, torsion, and ride characteristics. The integrated carbon tips are lightweight, agile in retraction and build energy quickly. They offer a new level of precision, direct shovel response and active riding pleasure.

Multilayer Woodcore
The sidewall consists of stable wood layers on the flanks of the ski, combined with lighter wood in the middle of the core. This construction offers many advantages: The hardwood portion in the sidewall improves power transmission, edge grip and edge protection. The lighter softwood in the middle provides agility and maneuverability.

The combination of both wood types over the length of the ski optimises stiffness distribution and enables precise ski control. This construction offers performance-oriented skiers a balance between agility and stability to win those crucial hundredths of a second.
