The Topeak Power Lever II is an ingenious, lightweight multifunctional tool. These chain lock pliers are designed for removing or fitting the main link of a chain.

The Power Lever II can be easily disassembled into two parts to be used as two tyre levers. The integrated chain hook holds the chain in place when removing or installing the main link.
