The Starboard Touring One SUP makes it particularly easy for you to get started with inflatable SUP touring. Its well-balanced shape combines high stability with efficient gliding, so you can cover distance effortlessly with every stroke of the paddle. The straight outline and the comparatively narrow centre section allow you to guide the board close to the paddle along the board’s edge. This improves straight-line stability, increases speed and saves valuable energy on longer tours.

The modern woven drop-stitch construction ensures a pleasantly light yet stiff ride. The board sits calmly and smoothly on the water, giving you the confidence you need to explore new lakes, rivers and stretches of coastline. A cleanly moulded trailing edge allows the water to flow away from the stern in a controlled manner, thereby promoting optimal gliding performance. You’ll stay in control even during more demanding manoeuvres: the raised kicktail makes step-back turns easier and enables quick changes of direction with less effort. It improves control and provides additional stability, particularly in choppy conditions.

Wide, adjustable bungee straps offer ample space for luggage and can be fastened quickly and securely thanks to the easy-to-use metal clip. A soft EVA-neoprene handle in the centre of the board makes it easier to carry, whilst the additional D-ring at the tip simplifies handling and can be used to secure or safely stow the board.

The patented, three-piece, foldable fin box is particularly practical. It allows the board to be rolled up compactly, reduces the pack size by 33 per cent and, at the same time, cuts the drag of the fin box by 50 per cent. Together with the double-action Tiki pump and the three-piece paddle, the complete set can be conveniently stowed away in the supplied Re-Cover roll bag – ideal for transport and space-saving storage. Thanks to Welded Rail Technology, the Touring One is also particularly robust and durable. The mechanically welded seams are permanently airtight and do not require conventional adhesive joints, which could deteriorate over time.
