Simply slide in the lightweight, high-performance Shift Race binding on the baseplate to adjust grip and glide.

Ski length recommendation:
In cross-country skiing, body weight is decisive for the recommended ski length! If two ski lengths are possible, beginners tend to choose the shorter ski, advanced skiers tend to choose the longer ski.
