Named and inspired by one of the most distinctive almost four thousand meter peaks. The Salewa Ortles PTX 3L is a hardshell jacket, conceptualized for ski touring, climbing and hiking in the cold season. 

On board the Ortles PTX is a hood for improved wearing under the helmet. Two covered side openings on the collar for threading the chin strap allow it to be closed directly under the chin. This allows an ergonomic fit of the hood for improved protection and plenty of freedom of movement. Free Motion: the special underarm construction ensures that the jacket does not slip when climbing.
