The Women’s Garden Island Top is a lightweight, simple and reversible top from Patagonia designed for hot weather, made from a durable, lightweight fabric combining hemp and Tencel™ Lyocell in a plain weave.

This clever blend of materials makes it the perfect fabric for the heat of midsummer. The top has a round neckline at the front and a V-neck at the back, with buttons down the back.  You can also turn this regular-fit, hip-length top inside out and wear the buttons at the front. The straps also cover your bra straps.
