Especially as a front tire for bikes with suspension travel of 150 millimeters or more, it offers reliable control on a wide variety of surfaces.

Over two years of development and decades of racing experience went into the tread design. Named after the hunting spear of the Zulu people from Minnaar's South African homeland, the Assegai stands for direct grip and precise handling. The aggressive tread reliably grips a wide variety of surfaces and gives you a lot of confidence on fast descents and technical passages. The 3C MaxxGrip compound supports maximum traction and cornering control, while the EXO+ carcass offers additional protection and stable sidewalls for demanding trails. Thanks to Tubeless Ready technology, the tire can also be ridden tubeless.
