The Maxxis Aspen, EXO TR, MaxxSpeed, 29 x 2.40WT tire is a cross-country tire for fast laps, training rides, and racing. It was developed for efficient rolling and high speeds on modern XC and trail courses.

Its low weight and fast tread pattern support an efficient riding experience on firm surfaces and fast passages. The large volume improves roll-over characteristics on roots and rocks, while the more aggressive side lugs provide reliable grip in corners. The MaxxSpeed compound is designed for low rolling resistance and supports high efficiency on fast trails. With the EXO carcass, the sidewalls are more resistant to cuts and abrasion. Tubeless-Ready technology allows for tubeless use, and E25 approval allows for use on e-mountain bikes up to 25 km/h.
