The CAMP Rocket XS 5 cm is an exceptionally short ice screw designed for thin ice when ice climbing and mountaineering. Its short length allows it to be placed where the ice is not thick enough for longer ice screws. The front teeth are designed for fast placement even in cold, compact ice, while the reverse-angle thread facilitates smooth driving.

The curved hanger is aligned with the screw for efficient load transfer and compact racking on the harness. A fold-out crank makes the screw easier to place and remove and is color-coded for quick identification of the different Rocket XS lengths.
