With the Blackroll Thermo Pad Foils fitness accessory, your THERMO PAD will be ready to use again in no time. The adhesive foils are easy to replace, gentle on the skin and provide a secure, flexible hold every time.

Before use, make sure that your skin and the THERMO PAD are both clean and dry. First, partially peel off the split protective film on side A, stick the THERMO PAD onto the film and press it down firmly. Then remove the protective film from side B, place the pad on your skin and press it down gently. After use, carefully peel off the pad and reapply the protective film.
