The SunRise 9.2 mm rope are made from 100% chemically recycled polyamide. Beyond
using a recycled material, which prevents taking new resources from the Earth, the chemical
recycling process helps limit the carbon footprint of the product itself.

Today, many recycled products generate more CO2 than new materials. This is not the case with the Nexis CC thread used for the SunRise rope. While 1 kg of standard Polyamide 6 generates 6.97 kg of CO2, Polyamide 6 CC generates only 1.53 kg of CO2.
