The Altra FWD VIA 2 running shoe combines soft cushioning, responsive propulsion and natural freedom of movement, ensuring a comfortable run on the road.

The Altra FWD VIA 2 running shoe has been designed for anyone who wants to combine maximum comfort with an efficient running feel during their daily runs and more intense training sessions. The Altra EGO™ P35 midsole makes the shoe noticeably softer and more responsive than its predecessor. It provides a pleasantly cushioned feel with every step, without the shoe feeling heavy.

The breathable, technical mesh upper ensures a light, airy feel, whilst the redesigned, padded tongue provides extra comfort the moment you slip the shoe on. With a 4 mm drop and rocker geometry, the FWD-VIA promotes a smooth, natural roll-off and propels you forward efficiently.

The Original FootShape™ Fit, with its generous toe box and plenty of space in the midfoot area, delivers that signature Altra running feel. This allows your feet to move naturally whilst you run comfortably kilometre after kilometre – whether on relaxed road runs or during challenging training sessions.
