Since the company’s founding, ethics, sustainability, respect for people and nature, along with a responsible approach to all partners, have been priorities. As a WIR DENKEN UM brand, Maloja stands out in the following ways:

Out and about in nature with a clear conscience

Accountability for what we do – or don’t do – is not a new trend for Maloja, but rather a matter of course. "Soul in the woods" was the theme of the first collection and became the leitmotif of Maloja’s Bavarian brand, which chose its headquarters in a modernized farmhouse in Rimsting, Bavaria. "The desire to be out and about in nature with a clear conscience spurs us on to minimize the impact on nature. However, values like honesty, authenticity, respect and decency are just as important to us." That is why Maloja operates its own production facility in Bulgaria. A total of 70 percent of the company’s products are manufactured in Europe. To promote fair working conditions, Maloja collaborates with amfori BSCI – a global pioneering organization for socially responsible production – and selects materials that are certified, for example, by bluesign®, thus ensuring the responsible use of resources.

There are these fleeting moments outdoors, that move and inspire us:
the first ray of light over the summit. A rainbow after the shower. Shadows that draw plant shapes on the ground.
Light changes everything. It makes colors glow, shapes appear softer, and brings movement to stillness. These collection picks up on precisely this interplay – with flowing transitions,
gentle gradients, and motifs that blend into the background like mist at dawn.

Observations of nature become designs: falling drops transform into calm patterns, mountain slopes into graphic illusions. Natural shadows are abstracted and translated into
new forms – sometimes soft, sometimes geometric, but always light. The floral elements represent hope and lightness.

Colors are reminiscent of the spectrum of a rainbow, of subtle light gradients and those moments when nature seems both still and full of life. Even the stripes and details do not follow a rigid order. They evolve
like light: uneven, flowing, sometimes narrow, sometimes wide.

The collection is an invitation to take a closer look at what nature reveals when we are outdoors.

"Delighted by Nature" is a tribute to light, to change, and to the small
miracles between day and night. Because sometimes all it takes is a
ray of sunshine to see everything differently.
