The S/Lab Ultra is a shoe specifically designed for ultra running. It was born from a shared vision between ultra runner François d'Haene and Salomon.

It redefined the limits of top performance - the first shoe to deliver optimal performance even after 10 or 15 hours of racing. A combination of foam and plate to explore new ultrarunning terrains for previously unknown experiences.

A unique configuration of dual-layer, ultra-soft Energy Foam in the midsole provides optimal, stable cushioning on ultra long runs in demanding, variable conditions. 

The Profeel plate integrated into the midsole of the S/LAB Ultra acts as an efficient filter between the foot and the ground for protection over long distances in challenging mountain terrain.
