The Petzl Rise Ice Axe is made for skitouring and going down steep terrain. Due to its low weight of only 240 grams, the Ride Ice Axe can be taken anywhere. Its extremely compact size of 45 cm is also very practical, which means it fits in almost any backpack.

The pick is tapered and can therefore penetrate the ice well. It is also very robust and has a low weight thanks to the recesses. The pick, which has a steel head, offers the same performance characteristics as a classic ice axe.

The slightly curved shaft of the Petzl Ride Ice Axe with ergonomic grip offers a secure hold and sits comfortably in the hand.
