Derived from the climbing shoe, the Dragontail Mnt GTX combines comfort and functionality for the approach in its low-cut design. The suede combined with the Gore-Tex Extended Comfort insulation gives the shoe a pleasant wearing climate even in cooler temperatures. To protect the upper on the rock face, an extended toe guard and a heel cap made of reinforced rubber layers.  

Perfect fit, stable, reliable: Heel-Lock technology uses a long lacing system to secure the foot in the approach shoe and prevents twisting. On the ground works, a Vibram sole with pronounced arch support and deep lugs and provides sure-footedness as well as grip in technical terrain. On long tours on demanding footpaths, the PU insert inhibits signs of fatigue by providing cushioning and flexibility.
