The brand of the brave
Whether climbing, riding a mountain bike or trailrunning, Five Ten’s high-performance shoes provide ultimate support and rock-solid traction thanks to superior technology and grippy rubber soles − the perfect rugged companions. Charles Cole, an avid climber, founded the company in the USA. The name can be traced back to the Yosemite Decimal System, a scale used to measure the difficulty of climbing routes.
Since 2011, the brand has been owned by the adidas Group and thus follows its approach to sustainability. This includes a commitment to “further striking the balance between shareholder interests and the needs and concerns of multiple other stakeholders, including our own employees, the people making our products and the environment.” Five Ten firmly believes that acting as a responsible company with an unconditional commitment to respecting human rights contributes to long-term business success.
