The Pro is 50 % harder than the standard and noticeably increases the elasticity and performance of the muscles with little effort and simple exercises. Due to the very hard degree of hardness, however, it should be taken into account that the PRO is only suitable for experienced rollers or people who are insensitive to pain.

Regular practice with the PRO results in the relaxing effect lasting for a long time. Functional exercises can also be varied and intensified with the PRO. You can find a variety of exercises on Blackroll homepage, as well as in the free Blackroll app.
