Freemail accounts:
Please change the settings of the spam folder within your freemail account (gmx, AOL, web, gmail, hotmail…). Otherwise you might not receive any reply and/or confirmations to your requests. These settings might considerably disturb the processing of your order.

VAT:
VAT will automatically deducted from invoices for customers living outside the E.U. (e.g. Norway, U.S.A., Switzerland, Canada, etc.). Please note that national taxes, as well as possible customs charges, will be applied by your local customs authorities. Invoice and delivery adress must be identical, and outside the E.U.´s borders in this case. Differing adresses cannot be accepted.

Tracking number:
You will receive an automated e-mail reply by U.P.S, including all the relevant data (tracking number included) , as soon as your goods leave our house. Please change the settings of the spam folder of your e-mail account, as you might not receive this information.

Payment:
In advance: Please wait until you receive our invoice before transferring the payment.
By credit card: (VISA or Mastercard).
No other methods of payment will be accepted.

Ski packages:
The sole length of your boots is absolutely necessary for the mounting of your package. This data is given on your boot´s sole/heel. In case of any doubts: Please measure the sole from front to end in cm!

Complaints:

Reconsignment:
Any reconsignmets have to be authorized by Sport Conrad. Not prepaid consignments will not be accepted.

Delivery:
The time of delivery is app. five working days for deliveries within Germany, app.5-7 working days for deliveries within the European Union and app.7-10 working days for deliveries outside the European Union.

Delivery address:
A correct phone number is essential, as the courier might need to arrange for a propper delivery. Deliveries to packing stations (poste restante) are technically not possible.
