Cool insulation ecologically packaged: the Limax children's insulation jacket by Vaude defies wetness and cold in a very environmentally friendly way, because it is made of recycled fabrics through and through!

The highly functional and lightweight insulation fabric of this children's jacket is a "vegan down", so to speak: puffy, light, elastic fibre pads made from 100 % recycled PET bottles that trap the warm air like down. The filling is thus lighter and warmer than padding, is gentle on the feathers and is also easier to care for than conventional down.

The surface is made with Eco Finish, an environmentally friendly water repellent without fluorocarbons (PFC), and can withstand the odd drizzle. This jacket has a soft stand-up collar and two zipped pockets for warm fingers. It can be zipped into almost all children's outer jackets from Vaude (with the exception of the Escape 3-in-1 jacket) and can therefore be worn over 3 seasons.

Limax is a great, uncomplicated permanent companion for kindergarten, school and leisure. The fabric is bluesign-certified to the highest environmental standard.
